Meet Sofia

As our Operations Manager, Sofia serves as the liaison between the marketing department, compliance team, transaction coordinator and agent onboarding teams which plays a vital role in orchestrating a cohesive workflow.

When she's not overseeing a new listing or agent launch she's spearheading projects that drive business growth and streamline operational processes.

Her love for Real Estate Operations and meticulous attention to detail fuels her 3+ years in the Real Estate Industry. 

She has an extensive background in customer service, sales and account management with State Farm Insurance writing property and casualty policies and life insurance.

After many years of writing homeowner policies and reviewing home values she wanted to further her knowledge by getting her Real Estate license. 

Having mastered the ins and outs of the contract to closing & listing launch processes, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience.

Spanish is her native language which makes her an even more valuable asset to the Forward team.

Her contagious ‘Can do’ attitude, commitment to personal growth and continuous learning further cements her role as a forward-thinking and forward-moving Operations Manager.

When Sofia isn’t working you may find her Crossfitting with her husband, Victor, channeling her energy into challenging workouts that push her limits and fuel her determination. 

In her down time she enjoys loving on her fur baby, Lulu or curling up with her kindle in one hand and an iced cold caramel latte in the other!

Her servant heart and love for animals carries over into her volunteer time spent at SA Pets Alive walking foster dogs every chance she can.
